Kings of Leon at 3Arena

Kings of Leon, the Followill family band from Nashville, have filled arenas and festival fields for two decades with songs like “Sex on Fire”, “Use Somebody” and “Closer”. Their Dublin shows are indoor dates at 3Arena on the Docklands, a venue that holds around 13,000 people for a concert.

Their tenth studio album, O My Beloved, is due on 6 November 2026 and is their first self-produced record. No support act was listed for Dublin at the time of writing, and details can change, so check the official ticket page for the latest.

Tickets

Face-value tickets are sold through Ticketmaster Ireland, with prices listed from €88.80 including fees at the time of the announcement. 3Arena says fans who pre-ordered O My Beloved from the official store by 14:59 BST on Tuesday 20 October 2026 received a presale code ahead of general on-sale, and that window has now closed, so check Ticketmaster for current availability. If the seats you want have gone, resale marketplaces list Dublin. Resale prices are set by sellers and can sit above or below face value, so compare sections and fees before you buy.

Tip: Hello Tickets lists the 22 June show by date, and its Dublin page covers the other dates. Ticombo had no Dublin listings when we checked, so its button opens the main Kings of Leon page, where listings appear if sellers post tickets.

The venue: 3Arena

3Arena is an indoor arena at North Wall Quay in Dublin’s Docklands, next to the Point Village, with bars and retail units inside. It is cashless, and the venue does not receive stage times until the day before or the day of the show, so check your ticket for doors and start times.

Bags up to 40cm x 40cm x 20cm are allowed, but large rucksacks, luggage and oversized bags are not. Bottles, cans, selfie sticks, large umbrellas, professional cameras, tablets, audio recording devices, GoPros, large posters, laser pointers and aerosol cans are not allowed, and you cannot bring in food or drink. There is no re-entry once you leave. Rules are set for each event, so check 3Arena’s official site before you go.

The ticket plan for this tour shows a standing area, and you can check seat locations with 3Arena’s Find a Seat tool. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult, and standing is strictly for over-14s.

Getting there and getting around

Flights

Dublin Airport (DUB) is the main gateway, with buses and taxis to the city centre, from where you can continue on the Luas Red Line to 3Arena.

To 3Arena

  • Luas: the Red Line stops at The Point, beside the venue. From the city centre, board at Abbey Street or Jervis, about 15 to 20 minutes. Services run until about 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 23:30 on Sundays and bank holidays, with extra trams on show nights.
  • Train: take Irish Rail to Connolly or Heuston station and transfer to the Luas.
  • Bus: Dublin Bus route 151 stops at Castleforbes Road, about a two-minute walk away. The last 151 leaves Castleforbes Road at 23:15, Monday to Saturday.
  • Walking and cycling: the venue is central, and there are cycle routes and Dublin bike stations nearby.
  • Parking: limited spaces are available in The Point Village car park, which 3Arena does not operate. Traffic can slow arrival and departure on show nights, so public transport is the easiest option.

Plan your journey home before the show, as the Luas and buses will be busy when the show ends.

Where to stay

The Docklands and city centre are the easiest bases, with the Luas Red Line and buses to 3Arena. With two nights at the arena, book early and choose a flexible rate if you can.

Suggested hotel: Anantara The Marker Dublin

Anantara The Marker Dublin is a Leading Hotel of the World in the Docklands at Grand Canal Square, a modern part of the city with restaurants, theatres and the waterfront on its doorstep. It suits a trip where the hotel is part of the experience, and the Luas and buses make it easy to reach 3Arena, so check your route in advance.

Practical tips for fans

  • Buy through Ticketmaster Ireland first, and compare resale prices against face value if you need to go to resale.
  • Check bag rules and prohibited items before you leave your hotel, and bring a card or phone as the venue is cashless.
  • Late June in Dublin has long evenings but changeable weather, so bring a light rain layer.
  • Arrive early, as doors are listed at 6:30pm and the Luas fills before the show.
  • Plan your way home in advance, as the last 151 bus leaves at 23:15 and trams and pick-up points are busiest right after the show.
  • Only buy tickets from sellers you trust, and check the ticket terms.
